GALAS AND FUNDRAISERS

In order to provide assistance to the multitude of organizations and individuals in Greater New Haven who are planning fundraising events throughout the year, The Arts Council publishes a monthly listing of galas, benefits and major fundraising events. The listing is open to members as well as non-members of the Arts Council. Free events and regular calendar listings are not included in this section. To submit, call the Arts Council at 203-772-2788 and request a form. Listings are rolling, so an event need only be submitted once and it will continue to be printed until the date is past.

Do You Feel Lucky? Creative Arts Workshop is joining forces with Artspace to offer a unique fundraising raffle featuring a chance to win one of six prizes, among which are a Cesar Pelli drawing, a weekend getaway in the Hamptons, and custom installation of a site-specific art piece. Only 500 raffle tickets will be available at $75 each, so purchase your ticket before they sell out. Tickets are available at Creative Arts Workshop. Winners will be selected during a reception at Artspace on Thursday, June 25, 5:30 pm. You need not be in attendance to win.
