Live from New York’s 92nd Street Y: Forum on Global Enterprise with Al Gore. The Y’s renowned educational and cultural programming will be broadcast live via satellite to the Shubert Theater. Al Gore leads a panel discussion on Sustainable Global Enterprise. 7:30 pm. $10–$12.

The Wonders of Connecticut. Honoring New Haven’s International Festival of Arts & Ideas, the Yale Peabody Museum of Natural History explores this year’s theme — “Global Identities / Local Heroes” — by focusing on the remarkable scientists and collections in our region. 10 am-2pm.
