Solarplate—Etching Without Acid. Lecture
with Dan Welden, painter, educator and master printmaker.
He has collaborated with and printed for many artists including,
Willem and Elaine de Kooning, Dan Flavin, Eric Fischl, David
Salle, and Lynda Benglis. He is co-author of the book, “Printmaking
in the Sun” and has received a Vogelstein Grant to produce
a film with the same title, released in 2006. He is known
primarily for his hybrid works on paper, combinations of print,
