Guidelines
Approval Process
The Arts Council will approve listings within 48 hours on weekdays
Once approved, your event photo, date, and title will appear as a tile on our calendar immediately and on our homepage at the time closest to your event
Edit or Delete Events
Delete - click here and the Arts Council will remove your listing as soon as possible
Edit - Simply resubmit with the corrected information and then click here to delete your incorrect listing
Requirements
Our calendar is designed for arts and culture events, which we interpret broadly to include nightlife, fashion, food, design, and more. But our calendar is not intended for open hours at exhibitions and recurring class registration. However, gallery openings and educational events are welcome.
Please complete all fields before submitting your event. Pay extra attention to spelling, punctuation, and grammar
If your event has multiple, irregular dates or times, you must resubmit for each individual listing. The event repetition/frequency option is limited to one-time, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and annual listings.
Select a quality image - ideally a photo or graphic - to represent your event. Images must have a 1:1 aspect ratio (i.e. a square - 400x400, 450x450 pixels, etc) and be under 500kB. Need help editing or resizing your images? Try Canva.com.
The address fields will populate a map on your event page, so please use a Google Maps compatible address
Events Newsletter
Our Tuesday events newsletter is an exclusive benefit for our Sustaining Members
The content is generated directly from our calendar for events happening from Tuesday-Monday. Events must be submitted no later than Thursday to be included in the next newsletter.
