New Haven World Tai Chi Day Symposium

Yale-China Association, Aiping Tai Chi Center, and the city of New Haven's Department of Arts, Culture, and Tourism host New Haven's World Tai Chi Day Symposium at Linsly-Chittenden Hall from 2PM-4PM on April 27th, 2019. The symposium will feature keynote speaker Chenchen Wang, MD, MSc (director of the Center for Complementary and Integrative Medicine at Tufts Medical Center) who will present her research on the use of tai chi for the treatment of chronic musculoskeletal pain. Additional speakers include Edward Rippel, MD (doctor of internal medicine) and Linda Honan, PhD, APRN (professor of the Yale School of Nursing). This symposium is generously sponsored by Quinnipiac Internal Medicine PC, the Blake Hotel, the Office of Diversity and Inclusion and other Yale University departments and the city of New Haven.
