Shana Tova! The Arts Paper's full-time staff of exactly one person (hi, it's me) is hitting pause as we work on stories through Monday and take a few days to reflect and regroup for Rosh Hashanah and usher in the Jewish New Year. I and we are so excited to get back to coverage next week and also want to take this time to be away from work and practice what we call Teshuvah—taking the time to reflect and to think about how we can do better and what it means to be in right relationship with members across the community and the globe.

In the meantime, check out our archive—we have over six (!) years of stories. Visit our partners at the New Haven Independent, WNHH Community Radio (103.5 FM New Haven), The Table Underground, and Inner-City News to see what they're up to.

Take a tour of The Arts Council's website, and submit your arts events to our the free community calendar. We want it to represent the full vibrancy of our community, and we need your help to get there.

And please consider subscribing to our weekly newsletter, and becoming a free member of The Arts Council of Greater New Haven.  See you next week!
