Happy Year of the Tiger! On this episode of "Arts Respond," Arts Paper editor Lucy Gellman speaks with artist, educator and Brilliant Boba contributor Kaitlin Tan Fung and artist and public health practitioner Nealie Ngo, author of Healing The Whole Family: A Graphic Novel About AAPI Mental Health, about their own Lunar New Year celebrations and how they are welcoming in Lunarfest 2022 as the Covid-19 pandemic enters its second full year.

From Feb. 15 onwards, community members can catch Kaitlin Tan Fung's work on Audubon Street, where she is installing a community mural project in collaboration with multiple New Haven Public Schools and community partners. Then on Feb. 24, Ngo's graphic novel takes center stage as healthcare providers Eunice Yuen, Alice Shen, Jamille Rancourt, and Nichole Roxas speak on a panel about the book. Register here.

"Arts Respond" is a collaboration between the Arts Council of Greater New Haven, WNHH Community Radio and the New Haven Independent.
