As the editorially independent arm of The Arts Council of Greater New Haven, the Arts Paper seeks to celebrate, explore, and investigate the fine, visual, performing and culinary arts in and around New Haven.

As Christopher Rodriguez peered through his viewfinder, he held all of Broadway Island in the palm of his hand. He could capture the magic of small moments, from the sign-adorned light posts to the strolling pedestrians. With a click of the shutter, he froze moments in time, the afternoon sun bringing each photo to life.
